When I began to train with Jim, I was soft, in pain, somewhat overweight, and had never really lifted weights or trained with regularity before. I had always wanted to be "in-shape", starting lots of diets and workout schedules that never met with success. Jim designed a program for me that was efficient and effective, and started to produce results in just a few weeks.

Jim's professionalism, knowledge and great personality made it possible to stick with the program and to eventually achieve and maintain my workout goals. Since I started training with Jiim, my body has been redesigned. I am 25 pounds lighter, have cut my body fat down to 1/3 of what it was, and feel great. I have twice the energy that I had at half my age!

I now have a body image and a healthy lifestyle that I am proud of.
