The key to results and successful training is to never stop learning.  I built my foundation of fitness knowledge by constantly self-educating. In such a fast paced and ever evolving industry, you can’t afford not to keep up with the latest articles and research.

Here I will post a feature article addressing anything from training to equipment, supplements to fads.  I will also post articles from some of my expert friends in the fitness industry.  All articles will be archived and available in the member net.
