I have a 485 sq/ft training studio in my house. This is where I do the majority of my own training and my wife and I do nearly all of our personal training.
The facility includes complete rubberized floor, adjustable squat rack, leg press, plate loaded pull down, individual cable column (2), a Pacific Fitness multi-gym, adjustable plyo box, stability balls, full set of medicine balls, BOSU, ball, resistance bands, dumbbells 2-105 lbs, w/ Olympic dumbbells that can be loaded to 175 lbs, Olympic barbells with 1,500 lbs of iron and Husker Lock collars (2 sets).
The facility also includes a Life Fitness 9500HR treadmill, a Schwinn Johnny G Comp SPIN bike, 600 watts of track lighting, ceiling fans (2), surround sound stereo and mirrors on two full walls.
